I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still receive treatment?

Yes, you may still receive treatment, all we may need is your insurance name,your name, Dob and Social security number.

What is your new patient procedure?

First we will take a full set of x-rays of your teeth and Dr Brar will come in and exam-en you and we will then create a dental treatment plan with any dental procedure's you may need with prices. We offer great deals and prices to help you achieve your smile goals.  We do offer payment plans through Care credit and Sunbit.

How much will my copayment be?

As far a co-payments go it depends on your dental insurance coverage. it may be a 10%-50% co-payment with most PPO insurances. But lucky you have found a dental office that will help you with the co-payments
